• No animal is considered reserved without a non-refundable deposit (* Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind, but are refunded if something happens to the goat before it leaves my care.). Animals are offered on a first come-first served policy unless otherwise previously reserved with deposit. On occasion I will do a brief hold for animals for a few days (1-2 days, unless otherwise agreed upon) without a deposit on a case by case basis, but if said animal is not picked up by the agreed day/timeframe and no deposit is made to hold beyond that timeframe, then said animal is still a v a i l a b l e on a first come first served basis.

• All animals are sold healthy and disease free. Heard health test results are avail upon request. Once an animal leaves the farm, due to different environments, biosecurity issues, and management practices we do not honor returns, replacements, or refunds.

• Every animal comes with transition feed, care instructions and information, and new owners are always welcome to reach out with any questions or for further recommendations on good herd management practices.

• Breeding/show stock sold with papers leave with either their ADGA issued papers, or ADGA application for registration, tattoo, and vaccines. (Young stock will be sent with appropriate booster if it is still needed for them.). Breeding/show stock will be free from defects such as teat abnormalities and testicle abnormalities. I cannot guarantee final adult height of young stock and kids.

• Goat kids not picked up by agreed upon date (timeline varies depending on if the kid is going as a bottle or when weaning at 8wks), unless a different date is agreed upon in writing, will incur an added care fee of 5 per day till pick up.

• Adult goats on hold with deposit that are not picked up by agreed upon date, will incur an added care fee of 5 per day till picked up.

​

• Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind, but are refunded if something happens to the goat before it leaves my care.

** If you have a goat from me and down the road are no longer able to keep them, I am not able to take in goats from owners due to biosecurity reasons, but please never hesitate to reach out to me and I will do my best to help you find new placement for them.
